Delegate production
The french CDC network
The delegated production, one of the main activities of the CDC, is an essential link in the economics of the performing arts. It consists in supporting financially an artistic project, realising and organising the tour. It is a commitment to a young generation of artists who the CDC chooses to accompany thereby accepting the risks of creation.
In 2008/2009, the CDC will take care of the delegated production of Nelisiwe Xaba and in 2009/2010 the one of Hélène Iratchet.
These two choices have been made in common with the 7 other CDC of France.
